Being a part of one of the great food cities of the US we are constantly amazed by all the multicultural and especially delicious restaurants around the city. each and every cuisine is unique and it shares its very own story. Because of this we wanted to explore all of the different cuisines and therefore the cultures surrounding them. We began to gain a better understanding of the vast variety of food in the city as well as the stories that the city has to share. For example, we began to understand the story of Italian immigrants settling in South Philadelphia and the ways in which they built their own community there.
